Hey chilled - there's absolutely no requirement for you to accept someone else's ideas about religion in order to get sober and stay that way
If things in your past are still scaring you or causing you resentment I hope you can let them go and move on
I hope, with your meds and staying sober, your anxiety will decrease over time
