0525 Wed. The self imposed misery of CBT techniques is beginning to kick in. Very much in the here and now mindful crap. Change what I can- about me -NOW. My latest fad- is to run through imagined arguments with my self about everyday annoyances- to answer the questions..who gives a crap, does feeling like crap help you now and what are you gonna do about it.
