Thanks so much! The longer I live and the more sobriety I have the more I realize that I have to be on guard against my AV. I've always had it and it looks like I'll always have it .Trying to get me to do too much, too fast, worry about too many things some of which are petty or hopeless to worry about. Obsessive-compulsive perfectionist behavior. This thread may strike some as a joke but the AV is no joke. It's deadly serious. Highly dangerous! The enemy within!
