I drank again I can't help it
I went all week worked out everyday read for an hour everyday worked 50 hours. I felt great . the weekend comes Saturday night I drank a 22 of Budweiser some jack and coke and another beer . Sunday night some crown royals and cokes. I feel guilty. I always give in doesn't sound like much but it really wears on me .it's a waste of money and a waste of time but I always give in !
