One thing that I have quickly learned in my short time here is that we are all in it to support each other. It sounds like you've had a ghastly time with your medical issues; what I find truly inspiring, though, is that in your time of greatest stress your thoughts turned not to drink (inspiring enough in and of itself), but to helping others.
