Welcome to anyone new, this is a great place for that extra bit of support over the next few days, you'll not go short.
"Don't believe everything you think" is a great quote, and exactly right, my own mind has told me many lies over the years, not because it was looking out for my best interests, but because it was addicted to alcohol, and it would try to sell me every story it could get away with to get me to continue in that addiction.
We can say no, even to our own minds Weekenders . . . Let's do this!!
