what is going on with you, good and bad,
whatever is weighing heavy on your mind
and shoulder so you don't have to carry
them alone.
It is doing whatever you need to do
to further yourself in recovery learning
new healthy honest ways to live a
sober or clean life one day at a time.

feedback, but don't be discouraged
in taking care of yourself in seeking
help whether it is here in SR or
in meetings or someone you feel
