Hello over achievers. Pain clinic this am- another a-d change, to hopefully assist with sleep. Long with, quadruple booked. Then counselling- all good, on track. In a holding pattern. Waiting for 'd' stuff, housing stuff, money stuff- all wheels are in motion. I hate waiting (takes weeks/months) long periods. Mind waited 40 mins for the little doc this morning- just closed my eyes and went into me land.
