Almost drank this last weekend
Over the 3 day weekend, I poured a glass of wine Sunday evening, took a couple sips, did not like it, went inside and poured it down the sink. People around me, neighbors, family were having margaritas and beers and such, but I had diet soda and water. Almost drank....so glad I didn't...that could have turned out very badly! I just want to make an honest post here, hold myself accountable and share with others. I'm feeling much better without the alcohol and so much more productive!
I do, however, feel I am eating too many sweets....there is some type of party every weekend lately with cake. Yesterday and today, I worked out and drank lots of water. Healthy lifestyle is the ultimate goal, alcohol not included!
