It's not true you're out of options. This isn't a one and done deal SAH.
It took me a lot of work and concerted effort to get sober and stay that way.
I had to build up a support network and use it.
I had to make a plan to deal with the things I drank over without drinking.
I had to be prepared to make different choices.
I believe you can do it, SAH, cos I did it.
