My longest time off the alcohol in 10 years. Feeling great. Just want to thank this forum and the many people on it who have given such great advice and support. It has been a million times easier stopping since finding it. My quality of life has improved so much in such a short time it has made me afraid to drink again which has taken over from the addictive side some what I think.
