Day 4. Actually slept last night finally and I feel great! I don't remember waking up and feeling this way for what seems like forever! I think that workout yesterday just made me so exausted that even though I was thinking about drinking it wasn't driving me crazy like day 2. Weight training and hill sprints. Thank you everyone for your kind words and support. On top of staying busy coming here is like a breath of fresh air. A retreat with family and I don't think I could find the motivation to do what I'm doing without you guys. Thank you for everything guys!
