I'm late to the party today but for a good reason. Today was my first day of partial hospital stay. It was a busy day from 830-330 but it was a good one. I was initially scared but it ended up being such a great experience. I was terrified at the thought of group therapy but everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I got out so many things today that I never told anyone because of fear of embarrassment and so on. I'm glad I chose to do this. 4 days sober and getting the professional help I need. Time for some rest, my brain had a busy day. Nap time for me.
