I get them most nights- and I just passed 15 mo sober. Usually I have to change shirts and always have to flip the pillow. It's not the best but it is just what happens....the interrupted sleep is more when I am struggling with dreams or big issues in my life.
Perhaps talk to your dr about a sleep aid- I take seroquel which is for sleep and also has an anti-anxiety component- when I take two instead of one I sleep better (dr ok's this).
