Dude. Halo Top. The entire pint is fewer calories than 1/4 of the pint of Ben & Jerry's (for example). I didn't think it would satisfy my sweet craving but it did.
I know I must have some sort of chemical reaction to the sugars in booze, cookies, etc, which doesn't help me to stop after I start, but ice cream isn't my thing.
However, wifey loves halo, which happens to be on 1/2 price sale at krogers this week!!
