Day 13 binge not what you think
Hey guys and gals,
Had a bit of ice cream yesterday with wife, who is a ice cream freek!
On the way home, the ice cream made me have to stop at the store and buy cookies. I went in to get a small sleeve, maybe 5 cookies or so. Ended up buying the full size box of oreos!
And I alone ate almost all of them yesterday too!
But went to dinner with friends, took my own quartered lime and had 2 bottles of san pelegrino sparkling water. Felt good!
Once a binger always a binger I guess!
Starting day 14 sober over here.

Edit to add, no cared i was having water and no one said anything about why I wasn't drinking.
