Keto is another one I am not willing to try - but I know lots of people have success with it for various reasons. It's great to find things that work, isn't it?
Scampi is now on my dinner menu for tonight. I often have shrimp on Friday, thanks for the idea! I add chopped fresh tomato and avocado to mine, too.
