Day 11 update
Hi, doing pretty good over here. Sorry so many people are back on day 1 over and over. It feels good to be sober.
C'mon guys, just do it.
Went out last night for dinner at happy hour with spouse and a friend.
I had a non-alc beer and wife had 1 beer. I know it isn't recommended but I didn't want more water. And I don't drink sodas.
Normally when we would go there, we'd get 2-3 wines, so I consider it a victory.
I was so active yesterday (17000 steps), I came home and crashed soon after.
So, feeling good. Going on a long weekend road trip tonight so no worries about Friday night /cinco de mayo temptations.
