Adoptee saying hi. Wedding-A yesterday- going thru divorce- so not. Do not see fam. out of rewspect do not try. So yesterday was sad time. Today- much better- much less pain from burns, much less anxiety, 3 hours sleep and 3 hours straight of 'Inspector Murdoch Mysteries', oh joy! Plus art, lots of recovery homework (about 4 hours- a bit less than usual) and counselling where I was told the hardest- committed (or committable) one in this program. Productivity lessens sadness.
