Tapering didn't work so going to be day 1
It's really hard back doing a day 1 again especially with no smoking. I have to give this quit all I've got and if it doesn't work then rehab. My ex is leaving me alone. Off to AA tonight. No room for any more excuses. I don't want alcohol to kill me same as I didn't let the smokes.
