I can't stop at a glass of wine with dinner. I'm done-- today was very enlightening.

Yes today is done. Tomorrow is day one. I made the mistake of not getting right back on the horse last year after 4 months sober. Went on a Carribean vacation and when my toes hit the sand down my pie hole the beers went. 8 months later I am back here at SR. I should have been back after I slipped. Tried to moderate but you know how that goes.
Just let today's slip go and pick up where you were for 35 days.
