Maybe write it down. That way if you get there and can't say it you can hand them the piece of paper. Many of us struggle to be honest and face the fear of judgement or rejection. But that fear comes from our addictive voice and is just another thing that keeps us drinking, and willing to accept the lie that there is no hope for us.
