Checking in for 24 hours. Did a long run yesterday followed by a long lunch with friends, This resulted in a comatose Kaneda for the rest of the afternoon. Ewww, I need to be mindful of overeating. Summer is officially over and we turned our clocks back over the weekend. That also confused the body clock ! Anyway, the sun is shining and I have a busy week ahead !
