pretty sure I have hypoglycaemia. if I don't eat all the time I crash hard.
get anxiety, shakes, irritable, light headed. it takes a lot to try and stay in control.
I'm 7 months sober nearly. does this fade or is there others that went through it with any advice to come out the other side?
