Thank you. I got a warning last year that I'm presently ignoring, thinking the loss of all that white wine meant I can eat too much now. I was skinny now thicker and likely heading to hypoglycemia. You have motivated me, not to totally abstain from good food because I don't need to, but drop the sugar, the need for that fix.
