evening all ,
quite here , back aching a bit .. starts bad in the morning but gets better in the day.
MST3K was a great help to early sobriety , mindless watching was all i could muster and it dosn't go anywhere dark or thoughtful .
I used to have racing thoughts and now there is nothing much here at all
