It seems to me that if we are to expect an A to relapse than we should treat ourselves with the same compassion & expect to relapse too! At least this time you're more aware of what's going on , what you need to do & where to turn for support! You've helped me feel not so alone as I'm struggling with alot of the same emotions as you.
