BTDT many times. Just wanted you to know you're not alone. Stick with us and figure out what you need to do. AA, SMART, CR, AVRT. There are many options and you don't have to go it alone.

I will be looking into these except AA which has frequently turned me off. I am glad it exists and I know people are benefitting from it, but it just didn't jive with me.
