It's hard loving/caring for someone that has an addiction. It's even harder thinking of walking away from them. We want to protect them, and take care of them and make sure they are okay.
I would really suggest you taking yourself to an Al-Anon meeting and they can really give you great advice and tools for you to handle your relationship and also where your place is within his addiction.
