Actually 4 days is pretty damn good in my opinion if this is your first time trying to get off the sauce. So you slipped up in the first few days. No big deal. Join the club.
My only advice to you is read the Big Book if you have it. Read the stories and it will serve as an inspiration to you. There is not a soul in that book, especially the founders of AA, who didn't go on a binge after quitting.
