The 5K was great! It was at Piedmont Park which is the biggest in metro Atlanta and my fave. It was way more low key than the Hot Chocolate!! And re the 15K......probably not. I have run a marathon and done a couple of halves but I imagine that I can only get him up to a 10K, which I would like to do by the end of the year
It's fun running them together so I don't know if I really care about continuing to add distance on my own - though I'm sure I'd have a cheerleader.
In Mar we are doing one to benefit a child at his church who has cancer, and in Apr we decided to do one for rescue dogs
Just up from a solid nap and off to work in a bit. One of those weird muggy warm "winter" days here.
What is everyone up to this weekend? (I ask now that it is over, almost! sorry!)
Busy week ahead- then....anniversary week! I am excited for the days off that just got officially approved because we are doing a staycation at a cool little B&B in town. Dog booked at the doggie spa for those days.
