I occasionally have a green shake on Monday morning to help balance out what I ate on Sunday (yikes). Made of 1 cup berries, 1 banana, scoop protein powder, scoop of chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk, a little alkaline water. Maybe I'll toss in spinach. Actually tastes pretty good.

I once got to a home group early to set up and just for fun, since alkies don't like change, I arranged the tables a little different. People noticed and complained! (Example of being rowdy these days. Yeah, I know, it's lame.)
