Suze,
Thanks, my BIL & SIL are good folk. Are you better? Garlic, love it or hate it, there's no middle ground.
Having a year of felling sick is too long for me. My in laws are that way, always sick or tired or both. I don't know how y'all do it! Hang in there, it does get better.

Star,
Yep, at least she won't be in foster care. We are trying to get the baby daddies, three of them, to take their daughters. Two have already. The 12 year old's dad is making excuses. The problem with keeping her is her mom comes over with tracks up and down her arms and has not trained her kiddo to even pick up and put things away, and then that it is OK to lie out of everything. She really needs psychiatric help and we're trying to get it now.

Sassy,
Anyone that would like to can take it into pm, or email if they are so inclined. As well, there are political websites galore we can go where anything goes and the flames are fast and hot. Even some polite ones.
I have f2f friends I can talk to, but my best buddy, and political twin, an equally well read, retired military intelligence buddy, I met while we both were full time RVrs, just passed away last month just before my FIL. I've other old friends, but few like Bob. He was my cheering section when everyone else thought my investing in Tesla on IPO insane, and who wanted my counsel too. I even hired him for a year and taught him, the ultimate city boy, how to use transits and site, design, and cost out post frame buildings. He did well enough. He was only a few years my senior. But only here can I talk as openly. We were both left on the right issues and right on what was left. He is missed.

FBL,
Me too. I slipped.
Yep it was the top 40 book. It makes sense to split them up - more detail.
That he liked your work was not suspenseful. I am glad he praises face to face. Your work atmosphere is well deserved when everyone works for everyone. It is fulfilling to feel you've lived up to the bosses expectations.

RZ,
Yeppers, don't take yourself so seriously!

Kris,
You have a nice day too. Good luck on the left eye. You already know it's easy.

Mags,
You help our transitions more than you might realize. Another chest infection? Oh I am sorry you too are not up to snuff. Aren't you glad we have the Internet for late nights and wee hours of the morning?

Gil.

Andy,
Dang! I must have missed it. Why are you moving tons of walling stones?

Star,
We had 60s today and 75 tomorrow!

The storms devastated here too. Damage everywhere just north of us in Plain Dealing LA. As well as south of us. We avoided tornadic damage once again.

Glee,
Yup, been through a lot of CT winters in Fairfield county 1964-1971,

Nick!!!!

Nite!

I've been tired but it has been feeling really old when folks way younger than me are dyeing all around me. I am realizing I realize the value of old friends is even more dear when they leave us. My life is excellent, with a few sore vertebrae to keep me humble. Sorry, no fears to share except for my kids and grandkids.

Oh well, I'm back on the night shift. Staying up until 4AM and then getting 9 good hours. Funny but when working it is looked on as acceptable. When retired folks act like I'm lazy. They say I lost the day and I say that is why my workshop has electricity and lights!

Nite all.
