Grateful for nearly a year
Logging back in to the site for the first time in a long, long time.
I've been having a really rough day. No real strong urge to drink, but feeling horrible all day. Overslept and had that too-much-sleep hangover, plus really anxious, and it reminds me of how I felt almost every day a year ago. Wondering if there's something else going on but hoping that a good night's sleep and I'll be right as rain.
This all leads me to my gratitude though: In two weeks, I'll have a year sober!
