ScottFromWI Yep, anxiety is part of my life everyday. I've learned some things via therapy, mindfulness and tries Meds too. All have helped to some degree, but acceping that I'm an anxious person has probly helped the most. As well as accepting that I can still do anything I like even if not always 100 percent comfortable at first.
