My birthday is coming up soon, and I've ordered an instant pot from Amazon as OH's birthday gift. I can't wait until it arrives - apparently it can cook dried beans in about 20 minutes, fabulous! It will make our meal prep so much easier.
OH is already quaking in his boots in the knowledge that he will have to endure some culinary experimentation.
