Many folks speak of sublimation...redirecting needs and energy like sexuality into other things...which can be extremely fulfilling and provide surprising benefits. Or not
I guess that's for you to decide.
Human beings have a sexual nature. But they're not entirely defined by that one side of their nature. Putting that desire before everything else can be painful, right?
