Oh I just love wine but hate what it's doing to me.
Only time I can do in moderation is when I know I need to go to work the next day. So being at home has made it easier to drink more.

Just a thought from a lifelong struggler, but saying that one 'loves wine but hate what it's doing to me' hits the nail on the head I think. At some point you might consider thinking of wine as an enemy out to get you, rather than a friend you have to give up.
