Hope today is a better day for you UP.

This week has gone so quickly. I had a reflective moment earlier, just the realisation that life is so very short. It's hard to find ways to keep that life energy pumping. It's so easy when you're young, the energy just comes without you even trying. But as we get older we seem to have to put more effort in to it. Trying not to let life become unconscious routines and habits seems a worthwhile goal, but how? I think that's where mindfulness can be so helpful. I've decided to step up my yoga practice as a way to bring more mindfulness in to my life.
