Good morning
I am hurting with arthritis Free whether I'm working out or not. The Rhumetologist just started me on a medication but said it could take a couple months to make a difference. I'm sure it will improve as the weather improves in the spring.
Not feeling so hot this am & disappointed I will probably have to cancel my trip to see the kiddos.....Mom & Dad wouldn't like if I showed up sick.
