Hi Sinderos, welcome back.
Ya know, I realized that I, my will, is not stronger than my addiction. My way, my plan,my thinking failed me over and over. I tried everything. I'm a smart woman. Why can't I make this happen?
It was when I surrendered to that fact that I began to find a strength. Obviously I'm speaking of AA and the 12 step program.
Whatever program you choose, just choose something. Going it alone doesn't seem to work for some of us, a lot of us.
