Evening class mates
Day One out the way. Well, I say that I can't sleep yet it's 2:40am here O.o Just remembered now how tough sleeping can be in the first few days/weeks and also that 5htp and ZMA helped me a lot last time around, so going to try to get out early enough to the health shop tomorrow. It's a bank holiday so shops do shut early but providing I don't dose off too late, I should be up in time. Also, been healthy meal planning -so want to pick up lots of organic veggies as well. I'm excited to be honest, I remember how good sober feels and look forward to being out the woods.
