treat yourself as if you are getting over the flu......LOTS of rest, skip the workouts for a few days, give your body a break. LOTS of fluids....like water, tea, juice, soup/broth.

it takes TIME to detox and begin to recover. give yourself the gift of that time. don't rush it. slow and steady wins the race.
