Cross addiction booze and bulimia
So... one of the cool things about having day rehab as a part of my recovery plan this time is the coping mechanisms and lessons are helping with my bullimia as well. Over the last year when I'd relapse and then get sober again when I was sober my bullimia got worse, and when I started drinking again I stopped binging and purging... now I realize both were filling a gap for me... a terrible manifestation of my non existent self esteem which I am very much working on building for real for the first time ever.
