14 out of the last 15 days no alcohol. I went 7 days straight then tried to see if I could have "just a few". Nope. 7 more days no more beer.
I just now joined this site. I haven't been to any meetings or joined any groups before. I don't know if I can make it through the holidays.
Today I'm going to a cooking party at my sister's house to make cookies. We have always consumed a lot at those parties. One of my friends just asked me if I plan on drinking because she knows I've been trying and wants to know whether or not to bring any alcohol.
There's a pull on my chest.
