Your post sounds so familiar! I am in the same boat. I left about two years ago and my life is now much more peaceful! I too struggle with the difficulties of being a single mom. It is super hard working, caring for the kids, fixing things around the house etc. That is my only source of anxiety and stress right now. It is extremely hard doing it all alone but so worth it just for the peace that me and my children now have. I too am lonely and wonder if I will ever meet the right person. I am so gun shy not wanting to repeat any of the past mistakes that I just focus on me and the kids. Really, there isn't much time for anything else lately. I hope you have a great holiday season!
