I'm trying to maintain an attitude of gratitude. At work I can grumble through the hours and be miserable (which is soooo me) or I can be grateful to have a job and my bills paid, which gives me peace and serenity. For a guy like me grumbling and griping about work seems natural, but leads to unpleasantness. So that's one thing I'm working on is my gratitude. I've got so much to be grateful for. But if I only focus on the negative, then negative feelings are what I'll get. So here's to 24 more hours of grateful sobriety!!!
