Was reading thru some of my saved stuff this AM and thought I'd bump this up, both as a resource for newer members and as a reminder for those of us who've seen it before but could use a refresher.
The thread makes reference to possibly being stickied, but it doesn't look like that happened, for the reasons given by SR "management."
