HI all
10 days in a row so far, but not without a lot of challenges. Feeling angry, disillusioned, frightened, disappointed and frustrated. I just can not bury my head and say "it will be ok..." I shake my head at stupidity here but so far have not drank... but it has been one minute at a time.
Lots of meds help me get through the day.
