what i mean is when i get depressed i sometimes cant see out of it. theres this tale of african tribe. they get put in a jail and die because they dont think theyll ever ever be let out.
one day at a time can bite me in the ass if i feel **** and think i will all day.
this too shall pass is my bereave when im lost in the dark clouds of my depression. as well as meetings, prayer and keeping in touch with my therapist
